Prism Capsule Polishing machine connect with dust extraction. Concept of rotating brush with spiral groove is used to convey and clean the capsules on a continuous basis. Capsules are fed into the cylindrical chamber (polishing Chamber). In this chamber, rotating spiral brush removes the powder particles deposited on the capsule surface. At the same time, the capsules are carried in forward direction. The outer Teflon net prevents capsules from getting damage due to metal contact and provides area for vacuum suction of powder, removed from capsule surface. Compressed air and Vacuum keeps the polishing chamber and nylon brush clean and free of powder.
After the capsules are fed in the polishing chamber from the inlet chute, the spiral brush pushes them against gravitational force & towards the delivery chute. During this process, the capsules are rubbed against the nylon bristles. With this surface powder gets removed & is sucked by vacuum pump. The capsules get completely polished by continuous rubbing against rotating brush. Polished capsule feed in shorter at discharges of polishing machine. The shorter machine working principle is on air. The compressed air is spate empty capsule in rejection bowl and good capsule discharge through chute.
