Application & Process

Prism Automatic monoblock type dry syrup powder filling & sealing Machine is works on vacuum principle with rotary star wheel & piston assembly & Rotary funnel head. It is used to fills dry syrup powder in bottle in pharmaceuticals, foods, and dairy and agro chemicals industries.

 

Prism Automatic monoblock rotary dry syrup filling cum sealing machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel structures. The machine is precision built with conveyor, rotary star wheel with funnel head with Powder filing head & piston for filling and rotary capping head. Machine basic works on vacuum principle with rotary motion. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. Main drive of the machine, conveyor drive, rotary star wheel, Powder filling head, cap-feeding bowl, cap sealing head & drive gear motors with synchronized variable Drive and No container No filling & No cap No Sealing system arrangement.

 

Containers are feeds from air jet cleaning machine or unscrambler and moves on SS Slat conveyor at desire speed, feeds below the funnels through feed worm & in-let star wheel with 16 station funnels. The powder filling head is mounted from centre pipe, which gives flexibility to adjust position of wheel and to be sets weight by adjust piston working. Powder is fill in hopper and agitator in hopper is fills powder in rotary filling head with consistency and uniformly. Powder wheel is consist of piston in each feeding head and vacuum plate at behind of powder wheel, which is fitted with zero clearance so, powder is fill in head by suction of vacuum and fill weight can be adjustable by piston working. After that powder head is indexing further and there is closed powder scrapper to scraps excess powder. The vacuum is remaining in head till filled head reaches in vertical position to drop powder in funnel by help of compressed air, sterilized low pressure air or nitrogen gas sequentially flushes so powder comes out from port of powder wheel and fill in to funnel. Funnels are mounted on rotary plate with aligned to bottles mouth and moves on star wheel assembly with up and down plate form to tight fit connect with funnel for filling.

 

After filling star wheel bringing the bottles below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing and move container further process for inspection, labeling or packing.
